Having a beginner’s mind is a plus! We only ask that members are kind and respectful and bring a good heart to their interaction with each other. If you have not meditated before we can teach you.

We practice meditation together online every Monday and Friday at 8am.

We practice meditation and talk about a book online every Wednesday at 7pm.

And we meet in person on the last Saturday morning of each month.
Attendance is come and go as you wish.

Our 'Wednesday book' is presently a sequence of blogs that are retracing the contents of the books we have looked at together. Open to everyone.
There are intentionally no fees. Any money transactions - virtually none - work on the principle of dana - giving whatever you feel comfortable with. If there are any expenses, once covered what remains is donated to charity.
